Choose the support that fits your needs: therapy, an adult ADHD evaluation, or a bariatric evaluation.
ThriveWell Psychology offers in-person services in Edina and telehealth services to eligible clients located in Minnesota and participating PSYPACT states. Eligibility for telepsychology is based on your physical location at the time of each appointment. Self-referrals are welcome for evaluations, and insurance is accepted for ADHD and bariatric evaluations.

Adult ADHD Evaluations
Three appointments, approximately one hour each
Comprehensive adult evaluations with one required in-person appointment. Insurance is accepted, and self-referrals are welcome.
Bariatric Evaluations
Three appointments, approximately one hour each
Supportive, nonjudgmental psychological evaluations that can be completed by telehealth. Insurance and self-referrals are accepted.
ThriveWell Psychology participates with several insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, so please contact your insurance carrier to confirm network status, authorization requirements, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and expected out-of-pocket costs. For out-of-network therapy services, I can provide a superbill when appropriate.
